The troop retains all form submissions for record-keeping purposes within the JTE service hours reporting portal for the benefit of Future Scouts in Troop 797 and for Scouting’s recognition in service.

Prior to submitting your Eagle rank application and folder, the following must be shown as proof of completion:
-Fill that JTE certificate form and send back to Scoutmaster.
-Send Scoutmaster your Eagle workbook pdf fully completed
-Send scan of your project report beneficiary signatures page, Send scan of all rank badge and merit badge cards that should be already attached to transparency sheets, Send scan of your non-Scouting awards/merits transparency sheets, Send scans of your printed photographs in order of presentation
-Type out names of all 5 of your recommendation persons, with contact phone number, relationship (parent, family, friend, teacher, employer, etc): recommended excel with columns: name, relation, contact phone
-Type out your position of held responsibility as a life scout with start and end dates, you can enter 1-2 positions, but they must be after your Life BOR date. It’s your responsibility to know this. Check Troop Roster for dates.
-PDF of your personal letter of ambitions
-Nothing is written, everything is typed, with the exception of a very few specific dates that are not known (only spots are on your workbook report’s final signature dates, and in your official 2-pg Eagle application)
